"Cada pessoa que se registra para participar leva uma garrafa de vinho monocasta. Todas as garrafas são escondidas pelo sommelier e são provadas às cegas. Cada um tenta reconhecer a casta, vota para dar estrelas ao vinho. Quem reconhecer o maior número de castas e quem levar o melhor vinho (aquele que ganhar mais estrelas) ganha. Os vinhos podem ser do Club des Chateaux ou nao.
Entrada reservada a portadores do cartao digital Club des Chateaux - reservaçao obrigatoria - limitado a 22 pessoas.
